Every now and then I skim the Metro on my way into work. There's been plenty of news about the primaries and the typical mudsling, but it's really getting a bit much.

Quick summary: Obama was in Kenya and he put on some tribal garment given to him by the locals. People are upset for vague reasons. This comes after the Clinton camp claiming Obama was some crazy Muslim who was going to turn the U.S. into Iran.

I understand that Clinton and Obama both would love to win the Primary, but don't you think it's hurting the party as a whole? The Republicans are getting free smear-jobs of the Democratic candidates. Oh hey, and by the way ... Nader decided he wants to come on in and syphon off some votes from libtards who are foolish enough to waste their vote on him. Great. Can't we just focus on undoing the mess our current President has caused, then worry about pushing those aggressive platforms that will never gain traction in the current Congress anyway ... I'm glad Nader wants to make the world a better place, but he obviously isn't going about it the right way.

Meh. Enough random political ranting. Time for random TV ranting.

Anybody watch The Wire? I'm sad about the most recent episode (Season 5 Ep 8). If you've seen it you know why. Figured it was coming, but it still doesn't mean I have to like it.

I'm curious to see how much of Dexter was butchered (hah, unintentional pun) when it came to network TV. Still haven't started season 2, but I should ...

Ok, that's the most effort I've put into posting in the past year on this thing. Go me.

i don't watch the wire, but i'm told one of my new neighbors is on it. what he'd be doing in an apt complex in quincy i don't have a damned idea though. and of course, having not seen him or the show, this information is next to useless.

i haven't caught the latest season of the wire yet. Waiting for it to finish, torrent it and watch it all in one sitting.

Dexter's premise had so much promise, shame last season left me feeling robbed. So i hardly think too much of it was edited for network tv. Well besides the occasional 'fuck/shit'.
